  1. Sweepstakes open to all U.S. residents over the age of 21 except where prohibited by law. Employees of the Park Vista Resort Hotel ineligible.
  2. No purchase necessary.
  3. Odds of winning will be determined by number of entries.
  4. One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing and must meet eligibility requirements.
  5. Winner agrees to having name and/or likeness used in promotion.
  6. No prize substitutions will be made.
  7. Approximate value of the Vacation Sweepstakes prize is $139.99
  8. Payment of taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the winner.
  9. Transportation is not included.
  10. Sweepstakes drawing will be held September 1, December 1, March 1, June 1.
  11. Entries must be received by midnight (EST) the day before the dawning.
  12. Judge's decision is final.
