About The Park Vista
The Park Vista has been a popular destination for many years and has always been known for its spectacular views of the Great Smoky Mountains and their exceptional service. Always making everyone feel comfortable and welcome while creating a wonderful experience for every guest, every time is the Hotel Team’s ultimate goal. Ownership and Management have taken steps this year to assist in our commitment to deliver this great experience by investing nearly $11 million in a complete renovation of the property.
This 300 room, circular high-rise hotel that sits overlooking the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the City of Gatlinburg will be boasting all new guestrooms including new Family Suites that are focused on accommodating families who wish to have private sleeping quarters apart from their children. Other improvements will include our new Patio Lounge, Firefly’s featuring outdoor seating and our newly renovated restaurant, the Vista Grill. The entire public space areas will receive a complete new makeover that will enhance the already relaxing and warm atmosphere.

We didn’t forget entertainment for the kids — investing in the indoor pool area was a must — creating a “private water park attraction” within the hotel that children of all ages from 5 to 85 will enjoy!

Our commitment to providing quality accommodations and first class service is first and foremost so once renovations are complete in June 2010 the hotel will take on a new presence --- it will become “The Park Vista – a Doubletree Hotel”. This affiliation with the Hilton Brand of hotels will only enhance the already wonderful experience awaiting every visitor --- along with the wonderful signature Doubletree Chocolate Chip Cookie!
